Learn It, Live It, Pass It On!

Exciting News! Sort of.

Students have been allowed to take home their recorders for the first time this week. The following rules and guidelines have been discussed with every student in class. Please read so you understand what is expected of them.

-> It is the student's choice to bring it home, it is also their responsibility to make sure it comes back to class each week.
-> If the recorder and book do not come back to class a zero will be put in the grade book until it is returned. As soon as the book and recorder are back in class the grade will return to 100.
-> If a student forgets to bring their recorder, once it is returned to class it will no longer be allowed to go home.
-> Recorders are to go straight into their backpacks and should not be played anywhere other than in music class or at home. This includes hallways, lunchroom, courtyard, after school program, bus or pickup.

This is an opportunity for our students to learn responsibility. Thank you for helping and remember...
